New Rules for 2010 Tournaments:


Hands to Head:  White-Blue = controlled backfist strikes only

                                      Purple-Black = All Controlled Hand Strikes


Points Awarded: All Hand Techniques 1 Point

                                      All Kicking Techniques 2 Points


Point Spread: Same time limit as before, however a 10-Point spread rule has been added.
